We will be hosting another Virtual Lunch and Learn on September 16, 2026, regarding Foreclosures and Junior Mortgage Liens. The event will take place from 12:00 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time (11:00 a.m. Central Time). Join Steve Orsillo and Jim Sorenson as we discuss foreclosures and second (junior) mortgage loans, including when to foreclose, when to bid at a foreclosure sale, and other practical considerations. The event will include time for questions and answers.
